K9 University guarantees all puppies from our liters against communicable diseases which they have been vaccinated against, for a period of 7 days from the date of sale as stated on the pet record which will be provided to you with your puppy.
You must take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian by 12 weeks of age.
If your puppy displays any indication of illness or poor health within the first 7 days, you must contact us within 24 hours and the puppy must be taken to a licensed Veterinarian immediately for necessary treatment.
Failure to follow all of these requirements will render this guarantee null and void.

K9 University also guarantees our puppies from our liters to be free from Genetic Defects until the puppy reaches 30 months of age, or 2 1/2 years.
In the event that your veterinarian finds a defect at the pup's first check up the buyer has the option of returning the puppy for replacement or receiving a full or partial refund, depending on the defect. The buyer will have the final decision as to the disposition of any dog found to have a Genetic Defect. However, in the event the buyer chooses to keep the puppy with a defect, the buyer releases K9 University from all responsibilities as to incurred Veterinary care and expenses for the said puppy. In the event of the death of a puppy during the covered period, an autopsy will be required at the buyers expense to determine the cause of death. All expenses for Veterinarian care and services incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If a puppy is found to be genetically defective or in the event of death K9 University will provide a replacement puppy of equal value. Booster shots must be given every two to three weeks until the puppy is 16 weeks old, failure to do so will make this guarantee null and void.
If puppy is given any vaccinations within 10 days of purchase this guarantee is null and void. You will be provided with a vaccination and deworming record for your puppy. If puppy/dog produces a litter there will be no refund to the buyer. Puppy and vaccine record will need to be taken to your Veterinarian by 12 weeks of age or sooner. This guarantee is non-transferable and constitutes the entire agreement between the buyers and the seller no other warranty is expressed or implied. The venue of this contract will be the State of Missouri and in the County of Franklin.
